Hi there, my name is Tico Pudzich and I can support you on a project- or interim basis across the full spectrum of the CFO-Agenda.

In the past, I had the privilege to build one of the largest businesses generating renewable energy – in a key managerial role. In figures: a balance sheet total of around €2.5 billion, turnover of approx. €220 million, over 220 investments across 12 countries, growth from 20 to over 100 employees (FTEs) at a CAGR of 45%. Two IPOs, one successful private equity exit. 

In my role, I covered a broad spectrum of finance and, as a generalist, played a leading role in supporting the development of the entire finance function. My working style is characterised by clear, inclusive and respectful communication. In addition to my technical skillset, I can motivatepeople around me.
